This is a key leadership position responsible for managing both shore side and shipboard executive relationships with cruise lines.
The Operations Manager oversees all operational components of the art program onboard their assigned cruise ship fleets. They work collaboratively with their cruise lines to discuss annual targets, while developing strategies and initiatives that drive improvements in both revenue performance and guest satisfaction.
The Operations Manager will communicate and review financial performance with both shipboard staff and with cruise line partner executive teams, recognizing top performance, uncovering opportunities for improvement and ensuring mutual contractual obligations are being met.
This position works closely with the Park West National Sales Management team to coach shipboard teams on how to operate efficiently and effectively on their assigned ship and cruise line.
The ideal candidate must be eligible to work in the U.S., travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time and be available to work weekends as needed.
